Shifty. Tilt shifty

Tilt-shift - it's an effect you can apply to your photos and films which blurs the outside of the shot whilst retaining sharp focus in the middle giving the impression that you're looking at a tiny scale scene crafted by a retiree with too much time to kill; people look like little plasticine models and buildings look miniature. All in all it's pretty charming.
